LEGACY PLUMBING & HEATING

I’m SO THANKFUL for Tyler at Legacy for his expertise with plumbing! Tyler was brought in by my flooring guys to remove a toilet & reattach it—I got to talking with him about sump pumps and drains, and one thing led to another & I hired him to remove cat litter from a closed off drain & clean out the pipe. It was gross & Tyler made it right! You never know what you’ll find in a house you just purchased! Tyler was also quick to send over an estimate for replacing our old sump pump and installing a diversion. Thank you again Tyler!! 😊 Update: Tyler completed the install of our new sump pump and sump pump diversion, installed a new kitchen sink garbage disposal and removed an old rusted out tub drain (that wouldn’t plug). He literally spent an entire day doing this amazing work for us and when the tub drain wasn’t as straight forward as we had anticipated, he came back a couple days later to complete the job (had to open up a wall!). Again, we are SO GRATEFUL for Tyler’s time & expertise. So THANKFUL. Another Update: Tyler came to tackle our upstairs shower & tub hot water pressure issue. He knew what to do! About 4.5 hours later we had 2 large holes drilled into our walls (behind our shower and behind our bathtub), new hardware installed, PLUS HOT WATER IN FULL FORCE! Yay! Again, so thankful for Tyler's expertise!

Thank you to Saadique for the quick response today with our toilet and urinal at our Eddie Bauer location! Very respectful and confident in his service. Even better that he came on a Sunday! It's nice that we didn't have to wait until the next business day. Definitely would recommend Legacy Plumbing for any business for reliable and quick fixes.

My main sewer line plugged and after a quick search decided to give Legacy a call. Sean Harrison came out after hours and after a quick look gave me an honest and upfront estimate and got to work. He was thorough, professional, and got my main line cleared out quickly. He also showed me the entire line with their snake cam which was very good to see where the issue was. I will definitely call Legacy again with any issues I have in the future and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same!

We had a water leak, Chandler came and found the leak, he was joined by another Tech and they fixed that in no time. We asked to have the water heater checked and they found it would have to be replaced soon. Same day service, Chandler and his co-worker left and were back in about an hour. Replaced our water heater, the same day. We are very impressed with both Chandler and his co-worker, they were respectful, kind, and clean. They were mindful to watch their tools as we have a dog that thinks all tools are hers. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

We appreciate being able to call Legacy for our plumbing needs. We trust them. Drew D just completed a few plumbing tasks at our place. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. He explained things to us and helped us understand what he was doing and why he was doing it; he also explained possible scenarios that might occur following the service. We will continue to use Legacy as well as recommend them to others.

Our water heater gave out Saturday morning, and we needed a replacement ASAP. Wade showed up at 10am and had a new water heater in by 1pm. Wade was professional and completed the installation quickly. He cleaned up the work area thoroughly, handled the warranty claim with the manufacturer, and the new water heater is working perfectly. Wade also took time to bleed all of the faucets in the house and answer our questions. I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use Legacy Plumbing again.

I was so happy to have my basement ceiling start leaking a day before Christmas Eve (not). When I got home from visiting family I had already been in contact with Legacy plumbing. The Lead service plumber, Gordon K. and his assistant came to check it out. He was so supportive, I was a little emotional about the situation and timing, but he knew what the issue was and fixed it. They were knowledgeable and I was very happy with their service. I highly recommend!! Definitely a five star rating.

Drew Davidson was very nice to work with! Nora also made it super easy to set up the appointment. I liked that they send you the proposal to your phone/email and you have time to think about it and not make any rush decisions feeling pressured. It was the 1st time hiring a professional company in many years and I highly recommend Legacy! Thanks Drew!
